1. Application fee: Rs. 10/-

2. Further fee towards cost of providing information:

(a) rupees two for each page (in A-4 or A-3 size paper) created or copied ;

(b) actual charge or cost price of a copy in larger size paper;

(c) actual cost or price for samples or models; and

(d) for inspection of records, no fee for the first hour; and a fee of rupees five for each subsequent hour (or fraction thereof).

(e) For information provided in diskette or floppy, rupees fifty per diskette or floppy; and

(f) For information provided in printed form at the price fixed for such publication or rupees two per page of photocopy for extracts from the publication.

3. Mode of Payment

The total amount of fee payable while seeking information under the Right to Information Act may be paid in cash with the STC cashier or in the form of demand draft or bankers cheque in favour of ‘The State Trading Corporation of India Ltd.’ payable at the station at which the request is made.
