STC is a commercial company, which does not directly provide any utility services to the members of the public at large. As such, no formal arrangement is in place for consultation with, or representation by, the members of public in relation to the formulation of policy or implementation thereof. However, STC determines its policies in compliance with applicable statutes, rules and regulations also keeping in view the market dynamics.
