GUIDELINES FOR LODGING A COMPLAINT

 

  1. Furnishing of correct name and complete address (not only the PO Box number) is mandatory. No action is taken on the anonymous/pseudonymous complaints. A complaint shall be entertained only on verification of the identity of the applicant.
  2. Complaint should be specific with relevant details and references.
  3. Complaints regarding corruption, forgery, cheating, misappropriation favors, willful negligence, reckless in decision making, blatant violation of laid down systems and procedures, irregularities and exercise of delegated powers are deemed to have a Vigilance angle.
  4. Complaints regarding the matters already pending in any legal court or arbitration shall not be entertained
  5. In case of false/motivated complaint causing harassment to officials, action may be taken against the complainant.
  6. This complaint system is not for use by STC employees.
